* A dynamic and customer-focused individual with a passion for the wellness industry.
* Ideally, you bring with you reception or customer service experience, and a background in spa therapy, hairdressing, nail technology, or fitness.
* If you've previously worked in a similar position in a cruise ship environment, that's a bonus.
* Your ability to work in a frenetic environment and your friendly, approachable nature will ensure you thrive in this unique and exciting role.

Your Essentials To be chosen in this role, you must bring.
* Languages.
Proficiency in English is essential for clear communication with guests and team members.
* Reception Work Experience.
Prior experience in a reception or customer service role, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Spa Therapist/Hairdresser/Nail Technician/Fitness Background.
Experience or qualifications in one of these areas to assist with guest inquiries and promote spa services.
Additional Extras.
* Cruise Ship Experience.
Familiarity with working on a cruise ship is a significant advantage, as it prepares you for the unique environment and guest expectations on board.
* The ability to speak additional European languages is a plus.
