SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT

Our solutions enhance patient care and facilitate the management of information in hospitals and laboratories around the world.We are looking for a IT Solutions Architect responsible for identifying and understanding customer requirements to successfully integrate Werfen’s IT Solutions. This includes, but is not limited to, connectivity, integrating, cybersecurity, and workflow starting with pre-sale to go-live by providing technical leadership, expertise and guidance related to the workflow design, and implementation of these solutions to enable business objectives.Generate design to address customer needs, work with appropriate stakeholders to ensure Implementation team understands requirements and delivers successful solutions.This will be done in collaboration with the local Werfen affiliates IT Support teams, providing the needed support to them.This position is Hybrid (Remote and Presential):Av. Can Montcau, 7,Lliçà d'Amunt, Barcelonahttps://www.werfen.com/enhttps://www.werfen.com/en/clinical-software-landingKey Accountabilities:Provides pre-sale consulting, design, implementation, and for-live support to current and potential customers.Performs detailed analysis of customer clinical and IT environment to understand workflow and functionality to determine configuration needs.Collaborates wit Sales & Applications Consultants to design customer solutions.Plans, creates, designs, and presents IT solutions workflows, network architecture diagrams, drawings, and visual communication(s) to customer and internal stakeholders for review and approval.Serves as voice of the customer liaison with internal stakeholdersProvides Project Management support during solution implementationResponsible for ensuring all security clearances and documents are completed and provided to customers with defined timeframeUnderstands gaps, proposes mitigation plans, and escalates as required to ensure complete customer satisfaction.Ensures designs are in compliance with all regulatory polices, procedures and records.Networking/Key relationshipsAs a key part of the role, the person will interact with other stakeholders such us:Commercial Operations Organization / Implementation and Project TeamMarketing IT SolutionsClient ServicesExperience:Engineer, computer Science or other technical degree, or equivalent work experience.Minimum of five year’s experience in IT customer facing/support roleFamiliarity working in a health care setting or equivalent experience, practical experience as a Systems IT Analyst or related IT field, preferred.Project Management experience with presentation skills is highly desirableAdditional Skills/Knowledge:Expert knowledge of cybersecurity, keeps current within industry trends and mitigation, preferred.Experience working on cloud computing environment and products.Experience with industry relevant interface technologies and protocols such as: Interfaces Engines, IT Security, Connectivity, Databases, ADT/POCT Devices.Good knowledge of administrations and maintenance of servers and workstations in both, hardware and software areas.Good knowledge of Operating Systems (MS Windows and Linux OS)Good knowledge on networking (wiring, HUB, Switch, DNS/DHCP, firewall solutions, network, diagnostics, …).Knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries.Knowledge of automation lines in laboratory environments would be a plusLanguage: Fluency in English is a mustSkills & Capabilities:The ideal candidate for this position will exhibit the following skills and competencies:The candidate must be available to travel throughout the International territory as neededExcellent communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.Be self-motivated, take initiative and be willing to lead technical presentations and discussions with affiliates and end-users in hospitals and laboratories.Proven customer-oriented background and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to author documents, diagrams, and presentations.Comfortable communicating with and influencing customers, internal teams, and senior leadership.Ability to work in a regulated environmentAdaptability; ability to manage workload and competing prioritiesHighly collaborative; ability to work cross-functionality, with multi-disciplined teams.What we offer:A meaningful project that will impact the quality of laboratory software medicine worldwide3 days a week working from homeMulticultural and friendly teamExciting opportunities for professional development.Ongoing trainingSocial benefits: Canteen, nursery check, English training...All the benefits according to the chemical agreementOur Purpose: We contribute to the advancement of patient care around the world through innovative specialized diagnosticsJOIN US!
