Solution Design Manager - TenderingAbout the Role This role is pivotal in driving the execution of our ambition to transform data and digital into strategic assets, fostering actionable insights across the company. This initiative is a crucial part of our broader digital transformation to evolve into a data-driven organization focused on healthcare solutions.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the design, development, and implementation of solutions within the assigned work package, aligning with defined user requirements and overall data strategy.Collaborate with architecture teams to integrate new technologies and explore innovative opportunities.Ensure solutions adhere to the highest standards of performance, quality, and security.Lead design efforts to address complex issues, working closely with functional teams and data pillars to integrate solutions effectively.Promote standardization and efficiency while complying with regulatory and control requirements.Support the development, launch, and ongoing management of solutions.Conduct workshops to address integration challenges, identify solutions for critical gaps, and align efforts with business objectives.Ensure that all solution testing complies with quality standards and advocate for maintaining standard configurations to enable cost-effective delivery.Maintain compliance with all relevant internal and external security and regulatory policies.Role RequirementsExperienced in managing the complete lifecycle of tender contracts to provide a comprehensive view of the tendering process across contract management, order management, supply, and finance.Skilled in identifying types of tenders based on sales channels, developing bidding strategies, and ensuring compliance with tender management and regulatory standards.Capable of defining commercial models and pricing scenarios for tender bids to optimize conditions offered to customers.Requires at least 3 years of experience in national and/or international tendering roles.Proficient in SAP S4/HANA and/or Vistex, with a strong end-user perspective.Additional qualifications in project management are desirable.
