SOFTWARE ENGINEERING MANAGER, PROTECTED DATA INFRASTRUCTURE, CORE

Minimum qualifications.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.
., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing strategic projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications.
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Experience with infrastructure systems.

Responsibilities Manage team staffing, career and performance management, and foster group dynamics to accomplish the team's mission.
Work cross-site with other leaders to prioritize and formulate goal and strategy for the team.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and advanced capabilities within the team.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams, managers, product management, and program management to ensure timely and high-quality solution development.
Ensure the teams technical complexity is manageable and technical designs/output is scalable and user friendly.
