Overview As a Software Data Quality Analyst I at Brightstar Lottery, you’ll be an integral part of our Software Development team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of instant scratch lottery ticket data.
You’ll work hands-on with proprietary tools and commercial software to audit, verify, and deliver high-quality game data and print files.
This role is ideal for meticulous professionals with a passion for data accuracy and a collaborative approach.
Responsibilities Audit and validate lottery game data, ticket layouts, and printer fonts.
Use proprietary and commercial software to generate and verify game data and merge it with graphic layouts.
Build, review, and audit printer files and client deliverables for scratch-off lottery tickets.
Ensure all data meets quality standards and client specifications.
Maintain detailed documentation of processes, audits, and procedural changes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ticket design and game creation.
Operate independently with minimal direction, while advancing sophisticated issues as needed Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, or a related field.
High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in data auditing, analysis, or a related field like accounting or quality assurance.
Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Outstanding attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Capability to handle numerous tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ability to optimally convey information through writing and speaking.
