SME - CONTROLLING & REPORTING

Hello there! We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VOIS) and we’re looking for a   SME - Controlling & Reporting     Your role in a nutshell.
To provide transparent, timely, accurate and reliable information to the EU Enabling Functions stakeholders about financial performance for Enabling Functions Opex.
To understand the reporting needs of the stakeholders and develop continuous improvement in regular and ad hoc reports in order to support management decisions and the controlling & budgeting process.
To operate planning & reporting system, preparation of financial analyses, forecasts and reports for internal (the Group, regions, board) and external audience.
To work with the business and cross functional teams to explain and justify performance against forecast and prior periods.
The incumbent will need to manage controlling & reporting for all EU centers (HU, RO, TR, ES, AL) and EF functions assigned among Directorate, HR, Finance, Legal, Corporate Security, Office IT, GTM and IO SD functions.
The functional responsibility may vary however the core activities would broadly remain same irrespective of functions assigned.
What You'll do.
•    Coordinates the preparation of Management Reporting Pack on monthly basis.
•    Is responsible for the preparation of ad hoc and regular reporting •    Develop and continuously improve the reports.
•    Coordinate the planning process (Detailed Budgets,  rolling forecast – Q1RF, Q2RF & Q3RF etc.) •    Establishes and monitors the strong internal control process for  Opex reporting •    Works as Opex Controller for VOIS EU Centers for some of Enabling Functions areas •    Facilitates the monthly reviews during the closing process •    Preparation of presentations on monthly results  •    Owns the “ Key Topics and Actions” tracker.
Monitors progress •    Supports the team in resolving the complex issues •    Continuously monitors KPI performance and takes remedial actions when needed •    Acts as the business consultant of the management in controlling & reporting matters.

What you’ll bring to the team.
•    Accounting, finance, controlling and financial reporting knowledge and experience  •    Certified accountant or equivalent international qualification  •    End to End knowledge of the finance & reporting functions •    SAP knowledge  •    SOX, IFRS and local GAAP knowledge  •    Project management skills (desired) •    Communication/negotiation skills   .
