•    Ensure providing innovative solution in the field of performance of Camouflage solution that meets regulatory standards in terms of radio& Tx KPIs.
•    Assess & provide new solution of new structures covering the need of single & multi operators (sharing loads) •    Providing innovative solutions of low cost & localization of structures that gather both KPIs (high efficiency safe structures with a minimum cost •    Thinking out of the norm to provide new methods to resolve abnormal site conditions with lower costs & time window of execution.
•    Expert in dealing with consultancy & structures assessment programs & tools.
•    Experience in using & analyzing site drawings, consultant reports, soil, STA’s,  •    Soft Skills, & computer related programs & database  •    Capable of providing weekly, monthly & quarterly dashboards & projects update •    Conducting meetings & lead contractors & consultants •    Assess suppliers’ solutions & provide detailed reports of the manufactured solutions & POC’s.
•    Fluency in English written & spoken.
•    Assess existing suppliers & perform site audits & facilities checks.
•    Of good experience in reviewing validation reports, consultant reports along with shop drawings, as built drawings & has good technical & leaderships skills.
•    Reviewing & updating Vodafone standards & specs locally & on group level (if needed) •    Cooperating with Company different teams (Regional operation, Fixed, SOC, SCM teams) in a daily business needs •    Provide ideas & support the transformation to the automation of workflow from normal process to fully automated database connected to all company automated tools/systems.
•    Has valuable experience in all KPIs of construction projects covering steel & concrete work.
•    Assessing new solutions that use non regular material (FRP, fiberglass, etc) •    periodic visits to vendors factories and consultant's offices to check the industrial progress and the quality and to follow up their performance.•      Has experience in solar cell system structures & provide ideas to reduce the steel & concrete design to meet the low footprint & live site small areas challenges which will be reflected on and support in sites cost reduction.
