SERVICENOW CONSULTANT

We are looking for a “ ServiceNow Consultan t ” who will offer service to a multinational pharmaceutical company.
TASKS .
You will be in deep contact with the business to consult in their demands related with create/modify catalog items, ITSM processes, SecOps, HR case management and Reporting modules.
In addition, you will need to connect with the DevOps factory in India and the process and product owners in the organization to build a solution and deliver in the agreed timelines and quality.
SKILLS  .
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in business consultancy in ServiceNow.
Experience in user requirements collection, refinement and design of a high-level solution.
ServiceNow System Administrator certificate is mandatory.
ITIL Foundations or ITIL Intermediate is a plus.
Development knowledge in ServiceNow is a plus.
Knowledge in DevOps and Agile methodologies is a plus.
Strong Communication skills.
Customer-oriented but able to follow IT framework in regards to proposing solutions based on the Out of the box features of the tool.
Fluent English.
