Your place in the team  Member of the IT Service Management team of service manager in relationship to the company’s IT Service Management activities for the whole IT domain including all type of service provisions (internal, SaaS, partially managed).
5x8 hours weekly and requested to do out of normal working hour on-call service in average a week a month.
The team will be responsible for all kind of the activities around the Service Assurance and Service management area, including but not limiting to the development of the toolset and processes, reporting, supporting and understanding business requirements, acting as a bridge between internal IT – Vendors – Business - Network, leading the communication in crisis situation, participate in escalations, lead and control the synchronisation of change and release management activities, support vendor management and IT management in long term planning and contracting activities.
You will be involved in the following tasks   •Reporting of IT related services  •Support and actively participate in Vendor performance evaluations •Support and actively participate in service provision performance evaluations of internal teams •Support and actively participate in Partner management activities •Support contract management activities •Providing Business support and evaluate customer experience •Define and transform Group requirements towards IT layer •Provide Incident and Problem management for IT related issues •Support Business Continuity and Disaster recovery  •Participate in long term strategy planning •Support L1 and L2 in operations related activities •Support and/or coordinate change and release management activities on Production layer •Lead the Change Advisory Board forum if necessary •Support, track and coordinate Security activities based on Security requirements •Implement and optimize IT processes  •Continuously improve the quality of IT services through standardized methods and procedures  •Manage, develop and maintain of the agreed toolset of the Service Assurance and Management •Achieve Service Management objectives •Create service improvement plans based on the performance evaluation and the short and mid-term strategies •Participate in process establishment, and adjustment of IT service provisions and governance •Participation in establishment of the communication, governance, evaluation of new Vendors or new Contracts including but not limited to the definition of the SM team tasks and activities •Support the release management activities of production systems (for the agreed scope) •Coordinate and/or Support the change management activities of production systems (for the agreed scope) •Validation and sign of (approve) the contract defined KPI parameters for the agreed Vendors •Support of user management activities and approvals (Production environments) •Develop service assurance plans by identifying critical control points and preventive measures, establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, setup corrective actions, and verification procedures •Provide Service Management on-call if agreed separately •Establish and maintain contact with Business Stakeholders for the relevant areas We are looking for you if you have •BSc.
in IT/Telecommunication Engineering •At least 3 years IT/Telco service or incident management experience •On-call experience and affinity to on-duty •Broad IT background with emphasis on the application development and support cycle related methodologies and technologies •Customer focused •Ability to establish good relationship with external and internal partners •Good written and oral communication skills both in Hungarian and English •Good interpersonal skill, possibly experience of a multicultural environment •Experience in the development of business processes and procedures •Strong technical and analytical skills •Independent and proactive attitude •Excellence organizer skill •Long term solution orientation •Expects and demands E2E approach •ITIL knowledge is an advantage •Ability to work in agile methodology is an advantage •Project management experience is an advantage   What we offer    •Cafeteria package & annual bonus   •Laptop & mobile phone (with unlimited voice and data tariff package)   •Hybrid way of working (working from home / from the office)  •Medicover Health Insurance  •Wellbeing program in the topics of sport, nutrition, relax and help (spiritual support)   •4 paid days leave/year for charity projects   •Other discounts (e.
