SEO SPECIALIST

For our Media & Performance team, we are looking for a SEO Specialist to shape and execute our SEO strategy, enhancing our digital presence and boosting sales through the organic channel.

What will you do?   Develop SEO Strategies Define the SEO, on & off page, strategy to achieve the organic traffic and leads results.
Define and implement keyword researches, to optimize our website (content & user experience).
Implement link-building strategies.
Adapt the strategy based on the constant SEO performance analysis.
Analyze keyword trends and competitors to optimize our on & off-site strategies.
Align with our SEO agency to create high-quality SEO-friendly content, aligned with keyword strategies, to attract and engage target audiences.
Develop and execute backlink strategies to enhance website authority and improve search engine ranking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated SEO and SEM strategies to optimize marketing campaigns.
Identify growth opportunities, raising tests and pilots to improve organic traffic.
Obviously, everything based on data.
Collaboration and coordination Be part of cross-functional projects, collaborating closely with different Allianz teams.
Customer, UX/CRO, Performance, Sales and Product.
Work closely with providers, such as Google, our SEO and media agencies or copywriters.
Monitoring, reporting and Industry tre nds Use SEO tools to monitor website performance and track metrics.
Generate reports on SEO performance, analyze data and improve the tactics based on the data.
Stay tuned on industry trends and changes in SEO algorithms.
