SENIOR UI DESIGNER

Manage a team of UI Designers, providing career support and guidance Review and provide design direction for multiple projects simultaneously.
Formalize UI design concepts and requirements Understand business requirements aligned with user expectations and design the digital product/solution behind it Facilitate product design from high level concepts to detailed wireframes Manage directly planning, working and reporting with a large group of stakeholders of all levels.
Strong experience in Design Systems Keep continuous communication with UX designers, Visual designers and developers regarding design solutions.
Create prototypes to validate design concepts and be involved in its validation with users.
Work close to the development team from the initial design, through the development to the validation of the design implementation.
-What are we looking for? Bachelor's or Master's degree graduates in digital, graphic or product design At least 7 years of professional experience in user interface design Previous experience designing workflows, wireframes, functional prototypes and Design System is a must Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a team Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team Previous experience in digital design (desktop and mobile apps, software solutions) is also mandatory Fluent/bilingual level of English is key to perform this role Knowledge of Figma is mandatory Previous experience in html or css is a plus A detail oriented and persevering lifelong learner.
