They’re looking for a Senior Rendering Engineer to help push the boundaries of realism, interactivity, and performance in real-time graphics.
This is a high-impact role focused on building new rendering features, optimising performance, and enabling seamless collaboration across animation, art, and AI teams.

Designing and implementing next-gen rendering features to enhance the realism of digital humans Driving performance optimisation across CPU and GPU Supporting integration between the rendering pipeline and other platform services (e.

messaging, AI systems) Collaborating with technical artists and animators to develop scalable pipelines for character creation Debugging engine issues and providing technical leadership across rendering-related challenges Researching and experimenting with the latest real-time graphics innovations Keeping up with industry trends and helping define best practices across the platform What we're looking for...
Technical Expertise.
5+ years experience in the games or interactive 3D industry Expert in C/C++ and Vulkan Strong grasp of 3D maths (vectors, matrices, transformations) Deep familiarity with Unreal Engine 5 and its rendering systems Skilled in debugging, profiling, and performance tuning across CPU/GPU Experience with build systems, containerisation (Docker), and cloud infrastructure (AWS) Desirable Knowledge.
WebRTC, video/audio streaming Python or Golang scripting Machine learning system integration Linux experience Familiarity with tools for data-driven performance evaluation What success looks like...
