Role Purpose The Senior Product Owner is responsible for one or more of the product sets within the Business Engagement function with following responsibilities.
•    Define Strategic Intelligence Product Roadmap aligned with ISO standards •    Accountability for stability, Availability, Performance and ongoing operation of the product under management  •    Create and maintain product brochures.
•    Manage Governance with local Markets to drive adoption and alignment on change •    Define requirements for major new product introduction or development by interacting with end users and Market SPOC’s •    Assure product facilitates revenue growth/revenue protection for end users by maintaining Business Value dashboard from developments / product enhancements  •    Drive convergence within BRM products to provide clear solution and direction for the product, with its processes, standards, methods and tools Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership End to End ownership of the operational environment for the product •    Governance and forecasting of required Capex/Opex for the Operations and Roadmap deliveries in year •    Define, implement and exceed SLA objectives and KPI •    Deploy and standardise products with automation and singular processes.
•    Main stakeholder manager for user SPOCs for the Product Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience •    Strong expertise in business economics and strategy •    Expertise on AI Product Lifecyle Management •    Capable to present and articulate the Product strategy to all stakeholders •    Expertise with provider management and Capex management Must have Technical / Professional Qualifications •    7- 10 Overall years of experience •    Minimum 7 years of experience, 5 in Agile and ideally recent experience in SAFe •    2 years of acting as a Product Owner in Agile projects  •    Advanced experience in data background, in particular regarding AI/ML operations •    Solid background on technology •    Able to manage by influence and knowhow •    Pervious business analysis skills would be highly desirable •    User Stories definition and prioritization •    Good written and verbal communication skills •    Good stakeholder management Vodafone is committed to attracting, developing and retaining the very best people by offering a motivating and inclusive workplace in which talent is truly recognised and rewarded.
