About the role.
As a Senior Product Owner, you'll become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.
This is a generalist role suited for a proactive leader with strong product management experience, capable of driving discovery, execution, and continuous improvement without guidance.
You will work across the full product lifecycle, ensuring that our products deliver value to customers while meeting business goals.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, stakeholder engagement, and market understanding.
Responsibilities Lead Continuous Product Discovery & Strategic Execution.
Conduct deep market research, user interviews, and data analysis to uncover opportunities and validate product decisions Define and execute a structured discovery process, ensuring the team builds products that solve real problems Own and maintain a highly complex product roadmap, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives Prioritise initiatives effectively, balancing strategic goals, user needs, and technical feasibility Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration.
Work closely with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams to drive product execution Own the full product lifecycle—from discovery and concept validation to delivery, launch, and iteration Ensure product development is aligned with business strategy, market trends, and customer insights Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex ideas into clear plans Master Execution & Outcome-Driven Delivery.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies Ensure timely and high-quality product delivery, making data-driven decisions to optimise impact Work autonomously to drive execution, while proactively identifying and resolving blockers Inspire teams to focus on outcomes over outputs, ensuring measurable business impact Leverage Advanced Communication & Leadership Skills.
Clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and rationale to stakeholders across different levels Lead client-facing conversations, presenting product strategies, roadmaps, and recommendations Provide mentorship to junior PMs, fostering a strong product management culture Be a champion of storytelling, using compelling narratives and well-structured presentations to drive alignment Requirements 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in technology-driven environments Proven ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycles and drive product-market fit Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills Experience working in highly collaborative, cross-functional teams Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with product management tools What's in it for you Care.
