As a Senior Product Manager for Search, you'll own one of the most critical and strategic functionalities of our customer app, responsible for our Search Engine and the complete search experience.
You'll have the opportunity to build cutting-edge search capabilities that serve millions of orders across Europe, Latin America, Africa and Asia.
From developing sophisticated search algorithms and personalization features to creating intuitive search interfaces, you'll shape how customers discover and connect with local businesses in their cities.

Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for our Search platform, aligning with overall business goals and customer needs across diverse markets.
Search Innovation.
Lead the development of advanced search capabilities including intelligent auto-complete, typo-tolerance, multi-language support, semantic search, and personalized recommendations.
Technical Excellence.
Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable search infrastructure, optimize search performance, and integrate machine learning models for enhanced search relevance.
Customer Insights.
Conduct market research and analyze search behavior patterns to identify opportunities for improving search accuracy, speed, and user satisfaction.
Feature Development.
Lead the development of new search features that enhance discoverability, reduce time-to-find, and improve conversion rates across our platform.
Cross-Functional Collaboration.
Work closely with Data Science, Engineering, Design, and UX Research teams to deliver high-quality search experiences that scale globally.
Performance Optimization.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including search success rates, query performance, and user engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management.
Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders across different markets to understand local search requirements and ensure successful product delivery.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE Experience.
6+ years delivering highly successful and innovative consumer-facing products, with demonstrated experience in search, discovery, or related domains Technical Background.
Strong technical foundation with experience working on search engines, information retrieval systems, or similar technologies Education.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; advanced degree is a plus Search Expertise.
Deep understanding of search technologies, ranking algorithms, and user search behavior patterns Data-Driven Mindset.
Solid experience with data analysis, A/B testing, and using metrics to drive product decisions and optimize search performance Leadership.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, make strategic decisions in ambiguous situations, and drive product initiatives from conception to launch Communication.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with ability to align diverse stakeholders and clearly explain complex technical concepts Adaptability.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously across different markets Problem Solving.
