he Role We're looking for a Senior Product Manager with experience across various products to join one of our teams.
This role requires full ownership of your area, the ability to work autonomously, and the skills to lead from both a strategic and execution perspective.
You’ll need a self-starter attitude, thrive in ambiguity, and balance long-term vision with urgent execution.

Understand the current information architecture and how it connects across all Factorial product teams.
Define the product vision and strategy.
ead product execution.
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to bring the team's vision to life.
Define and prioritize the roadmap, including key initiatives.
ollaborate cross-functionally.
Work with clients, other Product teams, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to deeply understand user needs and the HR landscape, identifying opportunities to create value.

Be accountable for business outcomes, product success metrics, and the continuous improvement of your product area.
hat We’re Looking ForYou're likely a great fit if you.
ave proven experience in Product Management in the B2B SaaS space (ideally 4+ years owning the full product lifecycle).
ave a strong interest in web and mobile UX, with a sensitivity to simple, intuitive, and user-friendly design — especially for complex solutions.
njoy tackling broad, ambiguous problems and shaping them into concrete, scalable, and generic solutions.
re comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and working in a scaling company where process and priorities evolve quickly.
re highly motivated by discovery and solution validation, and are business-driven with a focus on product scalability.
re data-driven.
you analyze usage data to understand user behavior, define success metrics, and validate hypotheses through experimentation.
ave strong communication skills.
you’re confident in pitching, influencing, and advocating for your product vision internally and externally, including with senior leadership and customers.
ave experience with Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
our PMs are closely aligned with Marketing and Sales to ensure impactful product launches.
peak fluent English and Spanish (additional languages such as French, Italian, or German are a plus).
