What you’ll do The Senior Product Manager will be reporting to Business Product Marketing Unit and will be responsible to design, launch, manage, monitor and improve commercial Connectivity and network products (SDLAN, fixed connectivity infrastructure, Network operations centre etc), to the business customers.
The ideal candidate should have Project management/ portfolio management experience and introduce innovative practices in business processes so as to increase profitability, differentiate from competition and increase customer experience.
Job holder's key accountabilities and decision ownership.
•    Commercially design (features & business processes), customize and improve new or existing local and global business products for our portfolio  •    Monitor products’ commercial and operational performance and trigger actions of product improvements in terms of revenue boost opportunities, cost and customer experience •    Produce product material to be given to relevant teams for awareness/ support/ training reasons  •    Monitor technological / commercial trends across industry to adopt best practices in local products  •    Act as an authority for the Fixed & Cloud portfolio and advise the relevant pre-sales teams on custom projects for Enterprise customers  •    Manage Vendors (product providers) and collaborate with technical teams for IT/NW projects •    Design and oversee custom solutions for the Public Sector  •    Manage all commercial projects related to the core Fixed & Cloud business, including decommissioning of legacy products, as well as regulatory and compliancy mandates  •    Monitor the operational related activities, including onboarding new CPEs, manage and forecast all equipment budget for the Fixed segment  •    Act as the SPOC towards relevant Group commercial teams and manage the day-2-day relationship with key internal stakeholders (Commercial teams, Finance, IT, Engineering, etc.)  •    Understanding of Product PnL so as to govern operation and re-design processes in a way that optimises profitability    Who you are •    University Degree in IT, Network, Telecom or relevant (Technological educational background)  •    Project Management skills  •    Knowledge of basic Financials  •    Excellent command of English language (oral and written).
•    Team-player & Strong customer-centricity  •    Thorough knowledge and understanding of relevant services and operational practices in the Greek market, especially for large customers, as well as relevant regulation  •    Understanding of Sales activities so as to successfully act as comprehensive bridge will be considered as a plus  •    5 years’ experience on relevant portfolio Not a perfect fit?
