About the role We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Platforms & Infrastructure stream and lead design across critical areas like identity, authentication, verification, consent, and compliance.
These experiences are core to how customers onboard and interact with Tabby, and they power multiple products across our app.
In this role, you'll be responsible for unifying fragmented flows into scalable, reusable patterns that can be adopted by other design teams.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys system thinking, has an eye for detail, and finds satisfaction in designing foundational experiences that improve quality, efficiency, and trust at scale.
What you'll be doing • Design and own core platform experiences including KYC, identity verification, login and authentication, user consent, and regulatory compliance workflows • Create intuitive, reusable UI components that deliver a consistent experience across products and teams • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Researchers to identify and solve key user and business problems • Partner with designers across product streams to align on shared patterns and ensure a unified experience throughout the Tabby ecosystem • Use data, user feedback, and research insights to inform design decisions and validate hypotheses • Plan and conduct user research independently or in collaboration with the research team • Present and advocate for your design work to cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment • Contribute to Tabby's design system with platform-specific considerations, ensuring visual and functional consistency at scale • Take full ownership of your work, from early concept through polished execution, in a fast-paced, iterative environment What you'll need • Proven experience designing digital products, ideally with B2C interfaces • A portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful UX decision-making and strong visual craft • Understanding of mobile interaction patterns (iOS and Android), and best practices for responsive web design • Ability to simplify complex or technical concepts into intuitive experiences • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align across multiple teams and stakeholders • Comfortable working independently and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience working closely with engineering, including an understanding of technical constraints and platform limitations • Familiarity with systems thinking and contributing to shared design systems • Experience designing for platform, identity, authentication, or compliance-related flows is a strong plus • Experience in fintech or regulated industries is a plus • Fluency in English is required Job Benefits Relocation and Employment We offer remote work from anywhere in the world (our schedule is based on Dubai time though) and are happy to work out an individual relocation plan for you.
