The Product Designer will be responsible for taking full ownership over the end-to-end design process (UX and UI) to deliver the best features on the application, and enhance the experience of the users.
Responsibilities & Duties.
Drive the design process of product features from end-to-end, including ideation, sketching, mockups, low- & high fidelity prototyping, user testing, interaction concepts and final UI design.
Define research requirements and launch new products, ensuring product workflow and design meet customer needs and achieve product KPIs.
Collaborate on product planning, prioritization, and product roadmapping.
Partner and communicate effectively with Engineering to define problems & goals.
Document patterns including rationale, usage guidelines, and best practices.
Conduct user research and testing to validate intuitive and user-friendly designs.
Qualifications & Skills required.
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field is required.
+4 years of professional experience in a Product Design role.
Full proficiency in English.
Experience designing for web and mobile products, working with Agile Scrum, Kanban and Lean methodologies.
Ability to own end-to-end design process from initial concept to final implementation.
Deep understanding of building accesible and modular designs.
Creative thinker and attention to detail.
Solid organizational skills to meet deadlines on time.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
