You are a systems-thinker at heart, passionate about crafting exceptional, intuitive, and scalable end-to-end user experiences. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our products, demanding a holistic approach that spans the entire product development lifecycle: from initial Discovery and Definition through to Design, Delivery, and Continuous Improvement.What You’ll DoOwn the end-to-end design process for complex product initiatives, from initial concept through to launch and ongoing iteration.Conduct and synthesize user research and data analysis during the Discovery phase to identify key user needs, pain points, and opportunities.Clearly define user problems, articulate design goals, and develop comprehensive user personas, journey maps, and information architecture.Translate concepts into tangible design deliverables, including user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience.Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Content Strategists to ensure seamless design delivery and a high-quality final product.Champion Continuous Improvement by actively seeking user feedback, analyzing product performance, and iterating on designs to enhance usability and achieve business objectives.Manage and prioritize design efforts within complex projects, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps, technical constraints, and business goals.Drive product evolution by identifying areas for enhancement, proposing innovative solutions, and contributing to the long-term vision of the product.Facilitate cross-integration efforts by designing experiences that connect seamlessly with other products and services, ensuring a unified user journey.Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across the product ecosystem.Articulate design decisions and rationale clearly to stakeholders at all levels, advocating for user-centered design principles while balancing business requirements.Must-Have Requirements:5-7+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or Interaction Design, with a significant focus on leading end-to-end design for complex digital products.A compelling portfolio demonstrating your expertise in user-centered design, systems thinking, and your impact on product evolution and success.Proven experience managing design for complex, multi-faceted projects, demonstrating strong organizational and project management skills.Deep understanding and practical application of the full product development lifecycleExpertise in creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and influence stakeholders.A collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and impactful design solutions.A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for product improvement and innovation.Solid business acumen and the ability to prioritize design efforts effectively based on user impact and business objectives.Experience in advocating for design solutions, negotiating trade-offs, and balancing user needs with technical feasibility and business constraints.About UsWizeline prioritizes a culture of diversity and development for its nearly 2,000 person team spread across the globe.
