SENIOR PROCESS DESIGNER

We participate in projects related to hydrogen, biomass, biofuels, decarbonisation, artificial intelligence, digitization.The sustainable growth, decarbonisation and energy transition are the concepts that represent our culture.Our high level of professionalism and commitment drive us to a permanent research to improve efficiency and sustainability and always in compliance with the law and aligned with the highest ethical standards.We are looking for a Senior Process Designer, whose main function will be:Senior Process Designer with more than 10 years of experience in the field of Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals and Power plants, developing P&IDs, PFD, MSD in FEED and EPC Projects, using several design software, as SPPID, Smartsketch, Auto Cad, Microstation and/or AVEVA.Solid proficiency in SPPID user level:Ensure appropriate checking & review of all documents / drawings before release at any Revision status.Well experience in Data base checking by engineering data editor. By generating Equipment lists, Line lists, instrument lists. And how to solve the problems regarding database.Inconsistencies solvingDisplay sets applicationMore than 5 years of proven experience working as SPPID administrator:Data base checking and status report preparation.Manage of catalog, symbols creation, data dictionary, item tag configuration, PIDs Publishing.Prepare reports for Line lists, instrument lists, piping valve list…Prepare display setsGlobal validation and PIDS updating.Manage SPPID synchronizations.Different database merge into single data baseUser level for word and excel, with use of pivot tables.Skills/Qualifications:Preparing the project guideline and instructions as per client/project standards.Preparing Process Queries and getting resolution from Process engineers.Accomplish work and manage targets within budgeted man-hours and tight schedules. Maintaining daily status of P&ID’s regarding drafting & issue and reporting the progress report of project work.Coordinating with the team members, Process Engineers and Inter-disciplinary.SPPID Foundation, PIDs Publishing…Knowledge of AVEVA DiagramsKKS module in SPPID for Power ProjectsBluebeamWe offer:Salary depending on experience.Flexible timetable and 2-day remote work.Summer intensive days.Multicultural, international, and dynamic environment.Place of work: Madrid
