SENIOR PERFUMERY MARKETING

Marketing Europe Senior (Perfumery Marketing) Flexible Europe Hybrid At Scentmate by dsm-firmenich, a B2B digital fragrance house located in Barcelona, we're looking for a talented individual to join our Marketing team as a Marketing Specialist Europe (Perfumery Marketing).
The ideal candidate is a team player with a high level of proactivity and autonomy, willing to challenge the status quo, who holds at least 5 years of experience in brand or product management, feels comfortable managing market data and consumer trends, holds a strong business profile and has passion and interest for Perfumery & Beauty industry.
This role will directly report to the Head of Marketing EU.

Your key responsibiltiies   Exploit all dsm-firmenich market and consumer available data and resources to be constantly up-to-date and from there leveraging opportunities for our clients  Create compelling narratives with the right storytelling that capture the essence of the proposals you'll do to our clients and resonate with our target audience, always backed up by market and consumer data Have direct customers interaction, understanding and gathering feedback to improve our marketing efforts Collaborate in different annual events such as trade-shows, from organization to deployment Collaborate with the content team in creation and management of targeted content for the company's website and social media accounts, as well as monitoring its performance over time Develop yourself in the exciting world of perfumery, constantly growing, eager to getting trained and learning Help building Scentmate brand awareness, ensuring consistency in visual communication across all marketing touchpoints, adhering to brand guidelines and standards   We bring   A firm belief that working together with our customers is the key to achieving great things; A rich history and a promising future of bold scientific innovation and passionate creation with our customers; An eagerness to be one team and learn from each other to bring progress to life and create a better future; The opportunity to work for a company where sustainability is much more than a claim and is core to our strategy and purpose;   You bring   A bachelor's in Business, preferably with Marketing specialization Minimum 6 years working experience in brand or category management in an international environment, ideally into the Fragrance or Beauty industry or FMCG with a B2C focus You understand the importance of data and have a strong connection with the digital world Strong project management skills to deliver against tight deadlines and easy with multitasking Great communication and presentation skills.
