et up, scale, and optimize the acquisition and conversion funnel to turn leads into customersCreate and execute a sustainable digital paid acquisition strategy.
evelop the analytics stack that helps us understand product usage, and supports our product development process.
et under the skin of our target customers.
Understand and experience their problems, their needs, desires, and their willingness to pay through interviews, analytics, surveys, and in-field user testing.
efine and execute the plans and campaigns.
ualifications3+ years of performance marketing experience running digital marketing campaigns via Meta, Google Search Ads, or similar platforms.
ou have solved the problem of comparing different acquisition channels and optimizing budget allocation between them.
ou have set up a marketing stack to understand product usage and satisfaction across different cohorts using Adjust, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar.
deally, you have worked in a D2C startup and have successfully solved similar challenges.
xcellent communication and collaboration skills.
ou have an empirical approach to making decisions.
you develop strong hypotheses, design experiments to test them, interpret the results, and communicate your findings to the rest of the teamYou drive autonomy, proactivity, and ownership.
