Let's go! Your Mission As a Senior Business Applications Analyst, you will work at the intersection of technology and business, enabling Bitpanda to optimize and scale critical business processes.
Your primary focus will be on driving enhancements and supporting solutions centered around NetSuite, Salesforce/CRM, and their ecosystems.
Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing key workflows such as Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
By leveraging your expertise, you will contribute to delivering innovative, efficient, and sustainable solutions that align with Bitpanda's growth objectives.
What You'll Do • Application Support & Training.
Provide L1/L2 support for NetSuite; troubleshoot issues, automate where possible, and guide users with training and documentation on features and best practices (how-to's, FAQs, runbooks in Confluence).
• ERP & Process Consulting.
Act as an advisor on NetSuite-related improvements across O2C, R2R, P2P.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess pain points, define requirements, and identify automation or optimization opportunities.
• Configuration, Testing & Deployment.
Customize and maintain NetSuite and other business apps, including workflows and scripts, in compliance with Bitpanda's SDLC and Change Management practices.
• Cross-Team Collaboration.
Work closely with Finance, Sales, Engineering, and other teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and help shape the culture and impact of the Business Applications team.
Who You Are • Expertise in NetSuite.
4+ years of hands-on experience configuring, customizing and managing NetSuite business processes related to O2C, R2R and P2P.
• Salesforce/CRM.
Bonus points for experience with Salesforce/CRM implementation, customization and integration.
