  The Senior Manager, Technical Operations will lead a team of experts in different manufacturing technologies across J&J MedTech Supply Chain to bring new, unique, and ground-breaking medical device components or assemblies to the market.
This individual will be accountable for building strong relationships with multi-functional leadership across the different J&J MedTech companies to provide best-in-class engineering to the most complicated technologies that will mitigate risk and deliver the most innovative and cost-effective new product development platforms to the world.
This person will also help to develop long-term business and financial strategies and lead change initiatives, as well as develop next-gen engineering talent.
Key Responsibilities.
Accountable to ensure delivery on business commitments Play a critical leadership role in the strategic and process development for the deployment of best-in-class design for manufacturing to NPI Cultivate innovation and build multi-year cost action pipeline through technology Build and maintain strong communication platforms Work closely with senior leadership of partner organizations to gain alignment & help meet NPD goals Develop and implement strategic visions Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's degree required in Engineering Field, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Technology or other related field.
MBA/advanced degree preferred Minimum eight (8) years of relevant work experience required Minimum three (3) years of people leadership experience required Experience creating and maintaining multi-million dollar budgets, preferred Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills, required Strong problem-solving and execution skills for developing creative solutions to tough problems, preferred Regulated Industry and Manufacturing experience, preferred Proven track record to work with and shape ambiguous environments, preferred Requires up to 25% domestic & international travel Other.

The anticipated base pay range for this position, in the Bay Area, is $ to $ The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
