The purpose of this job is to lead the Joint Recon / Power Tools Continuity Planning (CP) Team.
The CP team was established to manage changes in the supply chain driven by external factors (such as MDR) or internal programs or projects within the Joint Recon & PT Supply Chains.
This includes providing mentorship and leadership across the organization in the use of product multi-variants.
A key part of this role is to act as the Supply Chain Execution Lead (SELT) for the Joint Recon & Power Tools platforms, managing an extended team of resources across planning and other supply chain functions and interacting directly with the PLAN PMO which is running this program and multiple workstreams.
Role:    Senior Manager, Continuity Planning Key Responsibilities.
MDR Management SELT Lead for Joint Recon & Power Tools platforms.
Management of direct and indirect resources handling the SC transition.
Provide leadership, governance where required to align resource across E2E teams and to ensure timely identification of issues.
Responsible for developing and coordinating cut-over plans that will ensure supply continuity and no service disruptions and communication to the regions.
Proactive Stakeholder management of VSLs, Sites and function PLAN leads; educating E2E leaders of key issues and securing support where needed on execution strategies.
Management of SELT budget and team resourcing.
Continuity Planning Lead the development and execution of the multi-variant portfolio strategy aligned with Value Stream Leadership teams and project teams.
Lead proactive partnerships across the organization to assess & develop plans to handle new internal/external changes.

Third level qualification essential.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience desirable.
Project Management experience / qualifications desirable.
Experience and Skills.
Required.
10+ years of relevant Supply Chain experience.
Medical Device/ Pharmaceutical industry experience crucial.
Knowledge of planning systems, distribution control systems and industry compliance requirements Experienced people manager with excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of Project Management methodology and experienced at leading significant change management initiatives.
Understanding of product multi variants.
Preferred.
Master’s or MBA Qualification.
Other.
Green Belt or Black Belt six-sigma certification desirable.
