As a Senior Liferay Developer, you will design code that matters with some of the most exciting companies in Europe. Here's an overview of what you'll be doing:You will implement and develop components (components and services for Liferay DXP and Liferay DXP Cloud)You will provide relevant information and influence the analysis and design of digital platform solutions.You will participate in requirement gathering, provide feedback if possible, suggest alternatives, and conduct analysis and documentation.You will lead and define solutions for requirements and create technical design documents. You will define and conduct unit and functional tests.You will deploy components, configure, and administer the Liferay system.You will perform migrations between different versions and integrate with other technologies.Be part of a team that applies a continuous improvement model by doing code reviews, etc., bringing code quality and good practices.Collaborate in the communities of practice in which we do coding dojos, open spaces, testing combat, etc. in order to deepen, share and acquire knowledge about design principles, types of architecture and software development in general.What You'll Need:We are seeking individuals who are team players with an analytical mindset. Beyond that, you’ll succeed in this role if you’ve got the following qualifications:At least 6+ years of experience working in software development.You have excellent knowledge of Liferay, development and administration.Experience with Java and Spring.Knowledge of Liferay DXP Cloud will be a plus.You write efficient, secure, well-documented clean code.Professional level of English and Spanish.You are based in Spain, or are willing to relocate.Even if you don’t check off every one of these boxes, we’d love to hear from you.
