SENIOR JAVA SOFTWARE ENGINEER

What We're Looking For Passionate and experienced software engineer, shaping and contributing to the future of NetSuite. An engineer who seeks the best code and processes in a holistic manner collaborating with PMs, UX colleagues and engineering. Working in a context where engineers have a common base (analytical, frontend, backend, quality & testing, etc.) while they can grow into specializations.What You'll DoContribute and shape functional and technical challenges in the area defined as Acquire & Grow. Within the area, this particular team is responsible for the search service powering our commerce solutions. As well as providing lightning-fast page content, it also ensures that our customers' shoppers can find exactly the items that they are looking for via relevance scoring, faceting, and filtering. Search is at the heart of our commerce operations and one of the most critical parts of the application.Beyond this specialized area, our team also belongs to the Acquire & Grow department, which focuses on and contributes to other domain areas in NetSuite, such as customer engagement, order fulfillment, e-commerce and others.You will be building new APIs, setting up new data models, coding new business logic as well delivering a bespoke user experience via the latest UI technologies. In short, you will work closely with other development teams, product management and the rest of engineering to define and implement a new product offering while ensuring the continued functionality of the existing system.
