For the right person, there will be the opportunity to grow your business with a progressive and structured career path.About you:You will have an established track record of 360 recruiting, within the IT, Tech or Digital markets. This will be focused on contract/ freelance positionsExperienced in business development and maintaining relationship with clientsThose who have exposure recruiting in France, Belgium, Netherlands or the UK, will have an advantageFluent English & French requiredMust have EU right to workBe confident, self-motivated and determinedArticulate, money-motivated and hungry for successGreat team player but also able to use your initiative to work independentlyBenefits:Starting salary between €26,000 - €38,000 DOE + generous commission scheme with fantastic earning potentialFlexibility – 2 days working from home, core hours between 10-1pm – 3-5pm, Mon-Thurs, 3pm finish Fridays, reduced summer hoursRecognition – outside of commission, monthly incentives plus a chance to win oversees trips twice a year!Mental Wellbeing - €100 spend on wellbeing products and services each tax year, plus 2.5 days of leave to take at any time of the year to pursue mindfulness activitiesFor those relocating, you’ll benefit from the reduced tax incentiveApply NOW!
