SENIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR

In your role, you will be.
Responsible to give local and Group management independent and objective assurance over the effectiveness of Vodafone’s internal controls.
In order to do so, you will be.
Using your business knowledge to support delivering the annual audit plan  in line with the Group's internal audit methodology, with focus on the main risk areas for Vodafone Romania;  Providing insightful information to the audit function aiming to influence the shaping of the Regional and Group audit plans; Performing end-to-end process audits Issuing quality reports and obtaining commitment from management to address the identified control vulnerabilities and/or process improvement opportunities Supporting the Head of Internal Audit in the preparation of the Audit & Risk Committee papers Working with all relevant stakeholders to support the timely remediation of all the internal audit management actions Ensuring enhanced collaboration with other risk & compliance related functions to reach increased holistic assurance Continuouslly improving the control environment through preventive and constructive approaches and recommendations to local management; What You Bring.
Education.
University/ Master's degree in business or other relevant area; Work experience.
at least 3 years of experience in audit/ internal controls/ process improvement/ business and risk analysis roles in which transferable skills have been constantly demonstrated Relevant audit certifications (CIA, ACCA, CISA) student or completely certified represents an advantage; Strong business acumen, analytical skills, specialized knowledge, or hands-on experience Willingness to learn and continuously development of Internal Audit skills and knowledge, Internal Audit International Standards, and internal audit techniques; Functional skills.
professional discipline, including appliance of structured approach; problem solving able to use both structured and unstructured data and flows, ability to identify risks and root causes, explain the impact and propose improvements, proactive attitude, excellent communication and presentation skills, being able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels; Languages.
advanced level in English (both writing and speaking); Computer skills.
advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.
