About the role.
The Senior, Internal Audit executes operational, financial and compliance internal audit related activities ensuring adherence to TD SYNNEX's policies, implementing best practices and risk mitigation, and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls.
Main Reponsabilities.
Identifying and researching applicable operational/financial/technical issues and effectively applying knowledge of TD SYNNEX and industry practices to audit matters.
Assisting in the development of audit reports, tracking audit findings and ensuring management actions are followed up.
Assist in the preparation of risk assessments and recommend areas of emphasis for targeted audit procedures and full internal audits.
Assist in the development of the annual audit plan.
Perform audits toward the execution of a plan, of internal audit reviews, to evaluate the adequacy of controls and management Inspect, identify and document systems of internal financial and operational controls What We Are Looking For.
Bachelor's Degree with Accounting field of study is required.
Fluency in English is required.
A second European language is a plus.
3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience (Big4 or Internal Audit department preferred).
Audit certification (e.
.
CPA or CIA) SAP knowledge preferred.
Previous experience in SOX 404 or equivalent framework is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
Fast learner and able to work independently or in a wider team under tight deadlines.
