SENIOR IT Project Manager for AIRPORT SYSTEMS CONSULTANCY based in BARCELONA.We are a consulting company with international projects in the airport sector. We are looking for technology project managers in the field of airports and air navigation.Due to new projects, we are looking for a project manager profile with experience in design management, development and implementation of airport systems. Also, experience in tower systems and air traffic control systems will be taken into account.Also, we are looking for a profile that can work in a team, in a remarkably familiar company and adapted to work in international environments.Expectations and taskJob with flexible working model that supports a combination of office and remote tasks. Presence in office in Barcelona will be mandatory allowing for collegiality and adapting as soon as possible to the company's working style.The purpose of this position involves managing engineering/consulting projects for the following types of projects:Projects for the design, development and deployment of systems adapted to our terminals or terminal extensions internationally.Projects for the control and monitoring of the deployment of PMO systems and management of testing and commissioning of ICT systems and infrastructures.Projects related to the development of operational processes in ICT, security, operations and control centers at airports of various sizes.Travel to customer locations in the Middle East, Africa and the Americas.Training in the company's processes to quickly adapt to the way of working and to join the projects in an efficient and quick way.Qualifications and SkillsDegree in Aeronautical/Aerospace/ITAt least 7 years of professional experience in the following core knowledge:Airport OperationAirport Systems IntegrationIT Project managementWork experience in international projectsEffective communication skills on strategic and operational level.Leadership capacity, teamwork.English advanced
