Your place in the team First line HR contact for the Leaders (Director, Head of level) of the supported organization unit.
The Senior HR Business Partner adds value to the given organizational units by having an impact on building and shaping the approach of the leaders (e.
.
driving for future fit, cost effective organisation, recruiting and developing key talent and representing corporate values during every-day work, etc.).
Senior HRBP ensures that the HR topics and yearly cycle elements are on the agenda of the management teams.
Responsible for the development and execution of the HR plan in the departments in order to achieve the business and HR strategic objectives.
Senior HR Business Partner supports change management and effective organizational design of their respective functions in BAU as well as in transformation programs.
You will be involved in the following tasks Business Partnering with business and within HR •Single point of contact to functional Director and BU management team – understands business needs, drivers, ensures right HR solutions are developed and executed by the COE teams, supervised by HRBP •Facilitate leaders in the People Survey process within the organisation unit, including the sharing of the results and action planning •Take part in regular meetings as a member of the leadership body of the given department, representing HR and forwarding upcoming needs towards COE/HR.
•Optimize and regularly develop relationships with HR COE and HR Services team in order to proactively support the functional areas.
•Participation in F band resourcing process (ie.
interview shortlisted candidates with the Director) – ensure the selection of best talents for leadership positions, with potential Organisational development •Develop organisational development and efficiency plans and execute these together with the Director of the given function – to meet OPEX/EC /FTE targets •Manage project tasks within and among organisation units (such as outsourcing, insourcing, organisational changes) thus ensuring that objectives and milestones are delivered according to the HR strategy •Ensure the application of Reward framework – benchmarks, salary levels •Ensure that organisational development becomes a persistent mind-set during every day business processes.
Change management and organisational change •Support leaders, manage and control change and provide all the relevant tools for leaders.
•Develop a project plan (stakeholder map, impact map, comms plan) regarding all the organisational changes through involving HR Services and CEO (a project plan with all the HR policies aligned) •Digital transformation oSupport the definition of new structures, roles in the respective unit oFacilitate and support the leadership team to define new ways of working based on data and digital skills oSupport learning and development strategy for the respective BU to enable digital transformation and deliver together with the COE •Support integration of newly acquired company in oNew leaders’ assimilation oSetting up new organization desing oDelivery of synergy targets oChange management •Group-led initiatives oPerform any organization changes that are driven by Group functions (i.

transformation, integration, in/outsourcing programmes) Skill Development •Responsible for the need assessment for skill development of the business unit leadership body and implementation together with COE •Coaching and facilitation support for the top management in order to achieve the highest employee experience.
Talent management •Identify key talents within the given department together with COE and ensure that talents get highlighted leadership focus, training and development opportunities.
•When a role needs to be filled, screen possible succession among previously identified talents together with the leader.
Performance Management •Support leaders in managing efficient performance, take part in calibration discussions, manage PD, take part in leadership talks.
•Develop individual development plan with the relevant leader when new role expectations and competencies of the selected employee are not in line.
•Create feedback culture and represent it during every day work.
