The Role We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join Holded's design and creative team with strong creative agency / design studio experience and a strategic-creative focus on visual identity.
This person will be key in the conceptualisation and development of the brand's graphics in all its channels, as well as in the development of campaigns.
About you Lead the visual development of creative campaigns, from concept to execution and oversee all campaign adaptations and work closely with the performance, brand, and our digital and social media strategist teams.
Design and oversee graphic identity systems that are consistent, versatile and aligned with brand strategy.
Experience in UI design and brand adaptation to digital environments.
Supervise workflow of the team and mentor more junior members of the creative/design team.
Keep up to date with trends in design, technology and visual culture to bring a fresh and relevant perspective.
Extra Awesome 7+ years of experience in top creative agencies or branding / design studios.
A strong portfolio showcasing branding projects, integrated campaigns, and high-level graphic design execution.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
Some experience in organising and leading—even small—teams.
Strong conceptual thinking, strategic mindset, and typographic sensitivity.
Proven experience in creating brand books, logos, visual tone, naming systems, etc.
Excellent visual communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented, with a refined aesthetic sense and the ability to deliver under pressure..
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Nice to have Experience in digital product design (UI/UX).
Knowledge of motion graphics or art direction for video.
Experience working with international brands or in multicultural environments.
