YOUR MISSION Glovo (glovoapp.
om) is looking for a passionate, proactive, data-driven and hands-on professional to support our Live Operations department in our headquarters in Barcelona.
You will provide both strategic thinking and analytical skills to help build operational excellence in Operations with focus on our Partners.
THE JOURNEY Build robust business metrics, ensuring data efficiency, accessibility, and quality.
Translate data into actionable dashboards to achieve our OKRs, e.
.
drive partner self-service rates, and agent productivity improvements.
Execute projects using time-series or exploratory data analysis techniques to uncover operational opportunities and mobilise stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Inform product decisions through designing and interpreting A/B tests to evaluate product features or operational changes.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE Bachelor in Maths, Engineering, Business, Stats or Quantitative field +2 year experience working in analytics team, consulting experience is a plus Experience in defining and implementing metrics and data models Expert-level proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.
., Tableau, Looker).
Self-starter with ability to break down and solve complex problems Strong communicator with an eye for powerful visualisations Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment Proficient in English Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
