Job Description We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join our Personalization Team and help shape how over 11 million customers experience our platform.
You’ll work in an agile, cross-functional setup, building features that make our services smarter and more tailored — all while helping modernize our tech stack.
You'll collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and other engineers to deliver scalable solutions using cutting-edge tools and technologies like Python, React, AWS, and Kubernetes.
Your Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver features for the Personalization Engine Participate in architectural and technical discussions Collaborate with cross-functional teams Ensure code quality through testing and best practices Support CI/CD and cloud deployment processes Maintain and improve existing services Qualifications What We’re Looking For 5+ years of software development experience Strong Python and React (or similar) skills Fullstack mindset with clean code habits Experience with TDD and CI/CD pipelines Comfortable working in an Agile environment Strong communication and team collaboration Bonus Points For Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform OpenSearch or PostgreSQL knowledge DevOps or infrastructure-as-code mindset Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, Kibana) Additional Information With more than passionate professionals located across 6 European offices, we believe our success comes from working together and leveraging our international strengths.
