YOUR MISSION If you're passionate about using data to drive business impact, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to help build a next-generation suite of Fintech tools and accelerate your career in one of Europe’s leading tech companies and best talent-houses - this is your ride! THE JOURNEY Drive product growth and revenue by identifying and quantifying new opportunities that improve adoption, retention, and profitability across our Fintech suite.
Lead high-impact analyses and generate actionable insights to influence decisions and shape one of Glovo’s strategic problem spaces to report to high management and the C-suite.
Own the expansion strategy of key Fintech offerings across Glovo’s markets, adapting approaches to local needs and performance metrics, in our 20+ markets across Europe, Asia and Africa.
Partake end-to-end from conception until launch in the go-to-market strategy of new financial services, and lead initiatives that increase their usage and long-term impact post-launch.
Lead, co-lead, and collaborate on various strategic projects, pilots, and experiments, working closely with other Fintech, Product, and International stakeholders.
Drive clarity and solve ambiguity in some of Glovo’s most complex topics by using data-driven approaches, communicating and simplifying concepts according to the audience's needs.
Be a core member inside our Fintech team, influence its strategy and priorities from the get-go, and grow consonantly to the expansion of our department.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE 3+ years of work experience in consulting, fintech or a leading tech company/start-up in analytical roles.
Bachelor's degree in Math, Physics, Engineering, Business, Stats or a related STEM Quantitative field.
A hands-on attitude is a must.
You’ll have to roll up your sleeves! Good stakeholder-management skills, and experience leading projects.
Experience leading analyses and turning insights into actions.
SQL proficiency and working knowledge of Python.
Fundamental understanding of ML and base statistics.
Knowledge of visualization tools Proficiency in English Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
