The incumbent is expected to ensure accurate employee data management in SF for Global markets.
To  process all transactional activities within existing and new HR processes ensuring consistent and efficient delivery of service, adhere to the SLA, ensure the data quality, manage transactions effectively to prevent escalations and contribute towards continuous process improvement & automations.
The incumbent is also expected proactive in ensuring the delivery of a customer focused service to client.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership Transactions Prepare and process all transactional activities within existing and new HR processes ensuring consistent and efficient delivery of service and prevent escalations SLA Adherence Maintain and support delivery of service within agreed Service Level Agreements for specific customer types.
Quality Ensure all systems and manual processing is complete, accurate and timely, meeting data integrity requirements and audits.
Process Improvement Actively contribute towards the development and continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
Digitisation & automations Suggest ideas to automate current processes, which makes the process efficient and void of manual intervention Stakeholder Management Manage stakeholders for the relevant process along with the SME/team leads   Core competencies, knowledge and experience SF knowledge - OM & Employee Central Module  Good communication skills Ensure on time delivery  with in the SLA.
0-2 years of experience  SuccessFactors and managing leavers/exit/Offboarding.
Managing the time attendance module in SF.
Knowledge of shared service set up preferred Must have technical / professional qualifications.
