As our Senior Marketing Manager – Direct Marketing you will initiate opportunities to capture customer data, craft engaging lead nurturing flows, and maximize conversion, engagement and repeat purchase via best-in-class upsell and cross sell email initiatives for the Vista Logos, Digital and Expert Services portfolio.
As an embedded team lead working with the portfolio’s three Single Threaded Leaders on maximizing first time customer acquisition opportunities, you will work closely with the broader VistaPrint direct marketing team to turn these Design and Digital first customers into long term VistaPrint enthusiasts working closely on promotional campaign and LTV strategies.
You will bring a data-driven and creative approach to our email programs and act as a thought leader for the portfolio designing experiments with complimentary omnichannel partners that drive customer engagement & growth.
What You Will Do.
Strategize, develop and implement best in class data-driven email marketing strategy and roadmap plans that support conversion, engagement & optimised initial purchases for the design and services portfolio.
Conduct A/B testing of core campaigns to optimize subject lines, email content, CTAs, and overall campaign performance.
Use data analysis to create optimized segmentation of target email lists based on demographic, behavioral, or other relevant data points.
Ensure all email sends are optimized for intended clients and devices.
Work closely with the wider VistaPrint Direct Marketing team to ensure your strategies are aligned with organizational goals and benchmarking.
Provide thought leadership with your functional team for the Design & Services portfolio to maximize opportunities for exposure and LTV.
When appropriate, collaborate closely with our engineering, product, and analytics teams to ensure data and intelligence is leveraged and continuity delivered within our customer email programs.
Ensure email marketing operations and processes align with best practices and industry trends.
Leadership and professional development of one direct report.

8+ years experience in marketing with demonstrable experience managing a successful email program including automated customer journeys and lead nurture programs University degree in marketing or other relevant area Expert knowledge of the Iterable marketing platform.
Applicable knowledge of HTML/CSS for customizing email templates, ensuring proper formatting, and troubleshooting display issues across different email clients and devices.
Strong desire to partner with global teams and operate with autonomy.
Proficiency in using data analysis tools to identify trends, segment audiences, and create personalized email experiences.
Experience & strong comfortability managing campaign performance, monitoring and reporting on KPIs and providing performance updates to executive level management.
Ability to flawlessly manage multiple complex initiatives at once with full control and understanding of the minute details with ability to package into executive level commentary.
Excellent communication, time management and prioritization skills with high level of autonomy Knowledge of email deliverability best practices, experience in IP management, authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and compliance with anti-spam regulations (CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, CASL) to ensure emails reach the intended recipients' inboxes and maintain legal compliance.
