SENIOR DEVOPS ENGINEER

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be entrusted with the critical duties of maintaining and advancing our platform's backbone. Your responsibilities will include:Platform Stability and Scalability: Ensure the platform architecture is robust enough to handle increasing loads and traffic seamlessly. Address scalability challenges proactively to support growth and peak demands.Security: Implement and maintain security protocols to protect against unauthorized access and potential security threats. Regularly update and refine security measures in response to evolving risks.Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to facilitate smooth and rapid deployment of new software versions, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous delivery.Containerization and Orchestration: Manage and optimize containerized environments using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes, ensuring efficient deployment and operation of services.GitOps: Utilize GitOps strategies for infrastructure management, ensuring consistency and reliability in infrastructure provisioning and deployment.Access Management: Oversee the integration and management of SSO and ACLs with automation in mind to ensure secure and efficient access management across the platform.Cost Optimization and Resource Management: Monitor and optimize cloud resources to ensure cost-effective operation of the platform, without compromising on performance or security.Innovation and Strategic Evolution: Actively drive the technological advancement of our platform by developing and implementing a strategic plan for its evolution. You are expected to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage cutting-edge technologies to enhance platform capabilities, efficiency, and performance. Your role will include identifying opportunities for innovation, proposing actionable solutions, and leading the execution of these initiatives to ensure our platform remains at the forefront of the industry.Your BackgroundTo excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experiences:Experience: 7+ years in a DevOps role with a proven track record of maintaining large-scale, secure, and efficient environments, preferably in a SaaS industry.
