(SENIOR) CLOUD PRODUCT MANAGER

We're seeking a dynamic and visionary Cloud Product Manager to spearhead our transformation into a cloud-first business. This pivotal role involves defining strategies, enhancing cloud readiness, and optimizing cross-team processes. Your role Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Define and implement an overarching strategy to transition into a cloud-first business, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Product Readiness: Actively work to improve the cloud readiness of our entire product suite, setting new standards for excellence.Process Optimization: Streamline cloud business processes across various teams, including sales, pre-sales, professional services (PS), customer operations (CO), development (DEV), DevOps, order processing, and finance, fostering efficient cross-functional collaboration.Product Management: Serve as the dedicated product manager for our cloud management service, driving product vision, roadmap, and execution.SLA and Operational Efficiency: Prioritize and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and penalties while continually enhancing operational efficiency. Collaborative Role:Cloud Strategy Coordination: Work closely with our Director of Cloud Operations to orchestrate our approach to private, public, and hybrid cloud services, managing stakeholder expectations effectively.Pricing Strategies: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop innovative cloud pricing strategies that align with market trends and customer needs. Roadmap Development: In partnership with our Director of Cloud Operations, craft and align a comprehensive cloud roadmap, including a cloud availability matrix and managing the lifecycle of cloud services. Who you are Your profile:A visionary with a strong background in cloud technologies and product management.A strategic thinker with experience in defining and executing cloud-first business strategies.A collaborative product leader skilled in working with cross-functional teams and senior management.Proficient in balancing technical, business, and customer perspectives.Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Proven experience in cloud product management, cloud program manager, or a similar role.Strong understanding of cloud services, including private, public, and hybrid cloud models.Demonstrated experience in process optimization and SLA management.You will stand out if you own an ITIL/ITSM certification and/or have experience as practitioner of any of the following modules: deployment management, release management, service configuration management, and/or change management.
