Miravia is looking for a Senior Category Manager - Beauty & Health:About Miravia:Miravia is a cutting-edge e-commerce platform connecting buyers and sellers seamlessly. Business development and planning: co create and drive annual plans for category development and operation, built according to the specifics of the local market. Understand mid-to-longtail Beauty and Health (B&H) categories performance (skincare, makeup, fragrances, haircare, pharma, health), including key insights of market demand to drive sales in each sub-category. Directly manage some of the Key Accounts (brand groups corporations, local and trendy brands, retailers or distributors under Joint Business Plans, negotiate T&C with sellers and promote key product selection with price advantage, ensuring that the business goals are achieved.2. Team management: hire and develop a commercial team of +5 KAMs.3. Identify local and multinational distributors with relevant weight in the category. Stablish onboarding plan for different players in the market.4. Promotion and Marketing Plans: design and co-lead the Beauty & Health marketing strategy. Coordinate the category annual digital trade plan, including single brand, and single product traffic, through the integration of market resources, explore innovative marketing models based on the industry's trends. Build a go-to-market plan for B&H and review activities quarterly. Design 360º campaigns that include in-app merchandising, KOL, livestreaming, social activations, flash-sales, digital marketing disciplines (SEM, display, etc.) and others, driving sales of the managed B&H category cluster. Working collaboration with internal and external teams, such as Traffic, Promotions, Social Media, Customer Marketing, etc.5. Project management: efficiently carry out integrated projects of business innovation aligned with B&H industry trends and customer insights. Multiple projects are to be managed in parallel, building clear business structure and governance. Secure successful collaboration of internal and external partners by gaining the right resources, driving results according to time.6. Merchant operation: classify and analyze merchant data, formulate different operation strategies and plans according to different tier/layer of merchants, and build up the growth of different merchants. Single store operation overview, timely discovering and solving problems.7. Commodity/product operation: analyze the user's demand for commodities, enrich the market supply, and formulate the annual product promotion rhythm according to the season and life cycle of commodities. Exploit the seasonality of certain categories.Job requirement:1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or similar (MBA is a plus)2. +10 years of relevant category industry operations (Beauty & Health) in a relevant marketplace/online retailer, with brand or seller operation experience and platform operation experience. Used to brand management, online and offline channels and marketplace business model, familiar with e-commerce platform operation.3. Deep knowledge of the Spanish B&H distribution market.
