SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER IN MADRIDOur client is a french group specializing in the energy sector. Our client has emerged as a major player in this industry with a national reputation built on extensive experience since 2010 in energy efficiency. They ensure top-notch installations and efficient after-sales service to their customers.Mission: As a Senior Business Development Manager, your mission will be to spearhead our client’s efforts in expanding their reach, forging strategic partnerships, and delivering innovative energy efficiency solutions to their clients. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth while promoting environmental sustainability. By leveraging your expertise and leadership skills, you will lead the team toward achieving our collective goal of making a meaningful impact in the energy sector. Key Responsibilities:• Drive business growth through proactive sales and business development strategies.• Report directly to the headquarters in France.• Identify and secure new accounts, fostering strong relationships with clients.• Conduct an average of 8 weekly client visits to cultivate leads and maintain existing partnerships.• Lead future team members, demonstrating strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.• Travel within Spain to engage with potential clients and partners.• Utilize our internal CRM system effectively to manage client interactions and sales processes.Requirements:• Excellent consultancy, communication, and influencing skills.• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the energy sector or related industries.• Fluent business level of French, with proficiency in Spanish and English.• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.• Willingness to travel as needed.What we offer:• Permanent contract directly with the end client.• Competitive salary package corresponding with your experience and expertise.
