About the role.
As a Senior BI Developer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.
You would play a pivotal role in architecting and implementing advanced data models, data marts, and analytical solutions.
We are specifically looking for someone with a solid track record in these areas, ideally within the domains of finance, treasury, or risk at a financial institution.
Your experience in these sectors would greatly enhance our team’s capabilities.
Our development approach is highly dynamic, leveraging a git-based CI/CD framework that ensures agility and efficiency in our projects.
The tools at our disposal include dbt for ETL processes, Airflow for orchestration, Snowflake for processing and analytics, Metaflow for machine learning and executing Python models, and Metabase for visualization.
These tools are crucial to our mission of refining and expanding workflows for regulatory reporting, developing data models for liquidity monitoring/stress testing, market risk monitoring, and laying the groundwork for a comprehensive Risk/Finance Data Warehouse.

You will collaborate closely with a team dedicated to making significant strides in the way we approach and manage risk.
Responsibilities Responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of mission-critical analytics solutions, using data visualization tools Helping in designing use cases and performance dashboards in scope of Data Strategy Responsible for implementation and development of data visualizations Responsible for designing data engineering structures necessary to support BI initiatives Responsible for data integration management between core business applications and data lakes, etc Owns one or more key components of the infrastructure and works to continually improve it, identifying gaps and improving the platform’s quality, robustness, maintainability, and speed Interacts with engineering teams and ensures that solutions meet customer requirements Requirements Regulatory/Finance domain background 5+ years of experience within Business Intelligence or Data Science field with a focus on Data Visualization and Data Analytics 1+ years’ experience with Data Visualization tool – Power BI or Tableau 1+ years of experience in cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure) Good knowledge of data analysis in enterprises.
Experience in BI consultancy for enterprise clients Experience coding in SQL Experience participating in an Agile software development team, e.

SCRUM Desirable Experience in data science and machine learning Experience in CI/CD configuration Experience with Snowflake, Metaflow, Metabase and Airflow Personal skills Curious mind and willingness to work with client in consultivitive manner to find areas to improve Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English Good analytical skills Good team player, motivated to develop and solve complex tasks Self-motivated, self-disciplined and result-oriented Strong attention to details and accuracy What's in it for you Care.
