It's a day for you to enjoy without thinking about workTraining budget (courses, certifications, events....) so you can continue developing the skills you need most to keep growing professionally and personally!We offer language classes: English, Spanish,German…You'll have a 10% discount on the entire company products, so you can treat yourself at a lower price whenever you want!Your responsibilities:You are taking an innovative Builder role in the architecture and server-side implementation of a highly demanding e-commerce platform based on microservices.In an interdisciplinary team with the ownership of your product, you optimize backend processes in a cloud-based infrastructure environment.You identify and define requirements, standards, and APIs and account for enterprise-wide integration of these.You assist in the implementation and validation of requirements for the improvements of programming style and architecture.You care for the migration path to modern architecture.Your profile:You are a pure team player and love having freedom while being entrusted with responsibilities.+5 years of experience in backend engineering and were able to gain vast experience in the architectures of complex systems.Experience with Java and experience with Kotlin (or willing to learn and work with it), as we are migrating to Kotlin.Object-oriented development and Java were too easy for you; that’s why you already gained deep knowledge of the JVM's inner workings inside a Docker container with Spring (Boot) Web and other web application frameworks.Domain-driven design and RESTful APIs were nothing for you but principles, so you built microservices, serverless architectures, and scalable distributed systems.A list of items made you so dull that you always looked for a search box and tried the search machine with Solr / ElasticSearch.Because you are interested in the whole lifecycle of an application, the practices of CICD and (Cloud-) infrastructure are very well known to you, and you love applying these in microservices.Why usFast-paced development environment, a fantastic team with modern tech stacks that is always open to rethinking the current path.JDK 17 and Kotlin, SpringBoot, and everything new that you can imagine.We are creating new microservices to improve our data mining.Our project has more than 250 requests per second and will grow more.Everything is in the pipeline.
