SAP S/4HANA Implementation Manager     Job Summary.
You will lead the successful implementation of business processes within our organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and driving continuous improvement.
This role requires a strong leader to mentor cross-functional teams, guide business design, and optimize processes with SAP solutions.
The manager will be responsible for facilitating decision-making, supporting training and development, overseeing migration planning, and maintaining high standards of documentation and compliance.
A key focus will be on driving innovation and providing expert insights that contribute to the success of the value stream.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in the implementation of business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Develop, execute, and communicate strategic plans for the value stream, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation that align with business objectives.
Facilitate high-level decision-making processes by providing expert insights and recommendations based on industry best practices, comprehensive data analysis, and stakeholder input.
Lead Fit-to-Template workshops to align business processes with SAP solutions, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and consensus across all organizational levels.
Drive the evolution of business design updates in collaboration with the value stream lead, ensuring the design remains relevant, effective, and aligned with organizational strategies.
Maintain and enhance detailed documentation (Requirements Analysis, Functional Specifications, and Design Specifications) while ensuring compliance with governance standards and industry regulations.
Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs for team members and stakeholders to build capabilities and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Oversee migration planning efforts, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with project timelines and strategic objectives.
Monitor and validate the data cleansing process, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the migration while proactively addressing potential issues.
Who you are.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; relevant certifications (e.
., PMP, SAP) are a plus.
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in SAP, particularly in Asset & Investment Management, with a proven track record of successful project leadership and strategic influence.
Domain expertise in business processes across Asset & Investment Management, with the ability to influence and drive best practices across the organization.
Proficiency in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA, with in-depth knowledge of SAP data structures and methodologies.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering results and driving operational excellence.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams, levels, and cultures, facilitating collaboration and alignment.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
A self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation, demonstrating strategic thinking and foresight.
