Role Responsibilities Create technical designs and documentation for Salesforce solutions Communicate and document technical solutions and design tradeoffs to business stakeholders Design and implement data structure, automation, Apex classes, and Lightning components in support of product development Guide the design of Salesforce and related solutions for sales, service and platform extensions Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization (APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components etc.) Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules, email Alerts Adhere to defined coding standards and develop well-structured, maintainable and easy to understand code.
Perform independent code reviews and write unit/integration test cases to achieve 85% test coverage Lead business analyst and development teams, providing technical oversight, user story guidance, code reviews, and expertise to ensure best practices and quality standards are met.
Qualifications A bachelor's degree in computer science, math, physics, engineering or a related field 5+ years of technical experience within the Salesforce ecosystem Experience with Salesforce DX and Salesforce DevOps management tools Experience with Salesforce declarative configuration, Salesforce Lightning Platform, and Apex/Visualforce/API development Familiarity with user interface development principles and experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Experience delivering Site/Portals/Communities on the Salesforce Experience Cloud platform and Salesforce CMS Experience developing robust test classes and ensuring code coverage within Salesforce Experience leading teams with varying levels of Salesforce experience Organizational Competencies.
