Today, with 7 offices in Europe and point of sales in more than 20 European countries, Havaianas came to offer innovative and high quality products, through color, joy and a comfortable and sophisticated lifestyle.Purpose of the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Junior Administrator to support our e-commerce operations. You will work closely with the SFCC Specialist and other teams to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our e-commerce platform. This role will primarily involve configuring, maintaining, improving and troubleshooting the e-commerce platform (and other integrated systems) to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.The SFCC Junior Administrator will have the opportunity to grow and develop their skills in SFCC administration, e-commerce operations and project management.If you are a tech-savvy individual with a passion for e-commerce and a desire to learn and grow within the field (even if your experience doesn’t fully match the industry), we encourage you to apply for this role. Responsibilities:Platform Configuration: Assist in the setup and configuration of Salesforce Commerce Cloud to meet business requirements, including promotions, supporting product catalogue management, web content, etc.User Support: Provide assistance to other team members by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems related to the e-commerce platform.System Monitoring: Regularly monitor the platform's performance and security. Proactively address issues or potential areas of improvement.Quality Assurance: Conduct testing of new features, enhancements, and updates to ensure they function correctly and do not negatively impact the user experience.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, sales, and IT, to align e-commerce strategies with the company's overall business goals.Reporting and Analytics: Generate and maintain reports and dashboards to track key e-commerce performance metrics. Assist in analysing data to identify trends and opportunities.Documentation: Maintain documentation for platform configurations, processes, and best practices for future reference and training.Capabilities:Bachelor's degree in a related field (e-commerce, IT, or developer) or equivalent work experience.1-2 years’ experience in e-commerce management (or technical project management), preferably in a similar industry.Understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud or other e-commerce platforms will be a big plus.Experience with HTML, CSS, and XML is needed at a basic level but more experience will be considered a plus.Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms.Fluent in English (B2 or above).Experience in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, …) and Analytics & SEO tools will be a plus too.
