Role: Salesforce Developer/AdministratorRequired Skills: Apex, Visualforce, and SupportLocation: Madrid SpainRole Type: PermanentWe at Coforge are hiring Salesforce Developer Administrator with Apex, Visualforce, and SupportWe are seeking for a technical person oriented to Salesforce operations management that could be part of one existing operations support team.This person will be interacting with the customer IT team and with the rest of Coforge support team member to ensure that our current service is ran in the smoothest way.This person will be a main stakeholder on the service taking accountability of the on-going and coming requests, incidents management, ensuring that the team bandwidth is well organized and allocated.This person will be also accountable, at the earliest stage, about the compliance of the operations requirements related to monitoring, alerts, scalability, traceability, etc. In addition, as part of the activities, this person will help also with some administrative activities related to change management, requests, etc. representing the operations in front of the product teams.Main skills are:Technical Salesforce backgroundExperience on operations and support engagementsExperience in LWC, APEX, VF, Integrations (with other third-party system or Marketing Cloud),Good knowledge on other valuable technical skillsAble to take accountability of service and think on behalf of customer needsAbility to interact with 3rd parties and search a win-win scenarioTechnical capabilitiesRequired some technical capabilities or previous experience on:Salesforce ServicesSalesforce MarketingUser-level knowledge on: Atlassian tools (Confluence & JIRA)Splunk, Kibana, DynatraceCertification: Any certification on Salesforce will be highly valuatedPrior ExperienceAt least 2 years of experience in similar roleProven experience in the involved technologyWork modeMust be fluent Spanish Speaker
