We zijn op zoek naar gemotiveerde verkopers in telesales voor de Belgische energiemarkt met als standplaats Madrid, Malaga of remote in continentaal Spanje. Door inkomende oproepen te beantwoorden, ondersteun je onze klanten bij hun dagelijkse vragen over de energiemarkt en help je hen om de juiste elektriciteits- en gastarieven te vinden.
Taken
Jouw opdracht is het telefonisch verkopen van energiecontracten aan particulieren. Je zal dus :
Inkomende gesprekken ontvangen.
De behoeften van klanten identificeren en begrijpen.
De klanten informeren over de verschillende opties die hen ter beschikking staan en het meest geschikte aanbod verkopen.
Het afhandelen van het abonnement en het voorstellen van extra verkopen.
Bij Selectra is elk gesprek anders, maar het doel blijft hetzelfde: de verkoop! Ga je deze uitdaging aan?
Vereisten
Deze job is gemaakt voor jou als:
Je bent een beginnend of ervaren verkoper. Ongeacht jouw ervaring, bij Selectra telt alleen de motivatie!
Je bent een dynamisch persoon en je bent niet bang om met onbekenden te praten.
Je houdt van uitdagingen, je durft ervoor te gaan en je deinst niet terug als je een nee te horen krijgt.
Je wilt een goede bonus verdienen met je verkoopprestaties.

Een aantrekkelijk salaris (vast loon + bonus): onze verkopers bereiken een gemiddeld netto loon van meer dan 1.650€ per maand met een maximum dat over 3000 € bruto per maand kan gaan.
